Reduction for an Overgrown Tree - July 2023

A national grounds maintenance company contacted us to reduce a tree on a client site which was encroaching onto neighbouring properties.
After a nice crown reduction the tree was pruned away from the gardens and driveways to create clearance whilst retaining a lovely shape.
Virgin Media Hubs - April 2022
Salcey is pleased to carry out remedial works and in some cases grounds work as well, on Virgin Media sites around the Midlands for a leading horticultural services company.
Some sites are more remote or tucked away and quickly become overgrown whilst others are located on busy roads and walkways where safety precautions are paramount. Recently we have completed works in Peterborough and Cambridge.
Crown Reduction on Busy High Street - April 2019
Salcey were asked to reduce the crown of a large tree on the High Street in Bromley. The tree is a large London Plane tree which had outgrown its location and situated in a highly pedestrianised area outside the Direct Line Group, Richmal Crompton Public House and shopping centre.
Salcey arranged for the suspension of adjacent parking bays to enable our works rig to park safely and mobilised additional staff to ensure the safe monitoring and control of passing public as the work was carried out. The crown was reduced and deadwood removed to minimise the risk of branch failure in a public area. The picture is taking during the reduction works.
